What app is that you say? Hopper. This way to book your travels is mobile-only and it was started by someone who knows their stuff, an ex-exec of Expedia (say that three times fast). With the funding it has received ($100 million, at that), it wants to build out the AI algorithms and expand further than it already is right now. After 30 million installs and 75 million trips planned, they still believe that they have a lot to do to make their app better and to reach more people. Are you going to try it out?

Perhaps less going rebel and instead acquiring them. But either way, this is an interesting and strategic move for Salesforce. Rebel is an interactive email service that offers solutions to turn emails into less of a boring marketing promotion and more as an extension to the company's website or app. Cool right?
